Lauri is friendly, knowledgeable, and just easy to work with. She is very respectful not only of the person she’s helping (in our case the buyer), but also of the homeowners of the houses we looked at. There were a few instances where there was miscommunication between agents, or barking dogs left in the house, or the cat got out, etc. She was unflappable, took care of the situation, and kept her friendly, easy demeanor. She asked for specifics about what we were looking for, and did her best to show us what we wanted, and within our price range. After the sale, she was also very helpful with all the documents that had to be done, inspections, etc. All in all, very professional and a pleasure to work with.
